When Will I Start Seeing A Difference?

All products are subject to change to improve efficacy. Everyone is different, your result will be slightly different from another person. It depends on your lifestyle and genetics. Healthy skin does not come overnight, consistency is important. Products are not guaranteed to work on everyone. Please contact your doctor if you have medical questions. 

 

Are Your Products Cruelty Free? 

Products are tested on friends and volunteers, never on animals. The raw ingredients are organic and cruelty free.  

 

Are your products natural?

All ingredients and essential oils are 100% organic and GMO-free. All raw ingredients are unrefined and cold-pressed, organic and undiluted. Fragrances used are absolute and essential oil, NO fragrance oils. We choose natural 100% organic ingredients over synthetics in all formulations.

 

Is There An Expiration Date On My Product? 

Products are made to order and in small batches to maintain freshness and consistency. Each product has a made on or packed date. Due to the natural preservative in the product, it is encouraged to be used once opened within 6 months of the date on the product; and 12 months unopened. Improper storage of a product may decrease the best before date, for example, if the lid has been off for a long period of time. 

 

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are made in Brampton, ON, Canada.

 

Are the products safe to use for all skin types?

All products were formulated to be safe for all skin types. Men, women and children are able to use each product. However, if you are allergic to an ingredient found on our website, please consult your doctor if you have any concerns.

 

 Shipping 

When Will My Order Ship?

Once your payment is processed, which takes a few seconds. Your order is handmade, packaged and picked up by a postal service carrier within 1-4 business days. Then Canada Postal service takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. 

 

What If A Product Arrives Damaged Or Broken? 

All products are handled and packaged with care, however during the shipping process, it is unknown how the parcels are handled. If you have received a product that arrived damaged or broken, please send an email with photos so that it can be dealt with immediately. Your satisfaction is a priority.
